These terms and conditions delineate the rules and regulations governing the use of the Reel10 website and services.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions without reservation. If you do not agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, please cease using Reel10 immediately.

Image Uploads and Copyright

Images uploaded to Reel10 are not incorporated into the Reel10 database, nor are they accessible to other users. All copyright for images submitted to Reel10 is retained by the original owner or author.

Third-Party Websites

Reel10 search results may direct users to websites operated by third parties. These websites are not owned or controlled by Reel10. As such, Reel10 assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Subscription Services

By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to subscribe to our services.

Reel10 offers a subscription plan that includes:

  • Video Generation Credits: As part of your subscription, you will receive a specific number of video generation credits each month, as per the subscribed plan. These credits can be used to generate videos during the subscription period. Unused credits will not carry forward to the next month and will be forfeited.
  • Automatic Upload to Linked Accounts: Videos generated by Reel10 will be automatically uploaded to your linked YouTube account.
  • Priority Support: Subscribers will receive priority support for any inquiries or technical issues.

Payment and Renewal

Billing

The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as per your chosen plan).

Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your account settings or the billing provider. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Usage

License: Reel10 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the subscribed services subject to these Terms of Service.

Restrictions: You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not alter, adapt, or hack the service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with Reel10.

Account Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Reel10 cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Linked Accounts: You are responsible for properly linking and managing your YouTube account to enable automatic uploads. Reel10 is not responsible for errors arising from incorrectly linked accounts.

Termination

Reel10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service and/or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Illegal Use: Using the service for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Harmful Content: Generating or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
  • Intellectual Property: Uploading content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
  • TikTok Compliance: Using Reel10 to create or publish content that violates the TikTok Community Guidelines or Terms' of Service.
  • System Interference: Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
  • Reverse Engineering: You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Reel10 software or services.
  • Scraping and Data Mining: You may not use any automated system (including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers") to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
  • Spamming: Using the service to generate or distribute unsolicited commercial email (spam) or automated messages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel10 and its operator from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments made for Reel10 credits or subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate costs associated with AI video generation and computing resources, we do not offer cash refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Committed Credits & Series Deletion

When you create a video series, credits for all videos in that series are committed upfront. However, we provide a way to reclaim these credits for videos that have not yet been produced:

  • If you delete a series, any credits "committed" to videos in that series that are still in scheduled status (not yet generated) will be immediately returned to your account balance.
  • Credits for videos that have already started processing or have been completed cannot be reclaimed.

YouTube API Services

Reel10 utilizes YouTube API Services to enable automated video uploading and dashboard personalization. By using Reel10, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are bound by theYouTube Terms of Service.
  • Your data is handled in accordance with theGoogle Privacy Policy.
  • Reel10 is not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube on your channel, including but not limited to content strikes, shadowbanning, or account suspension.
  • You are soleley responsible for the content uploaded to your YouTube channel.

TikTok API Services

Reel10 utilizes TikTok API Services to facilitate automated video publishing. By connecting your TikTok account, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are bound by theTikTok Terms of Service.
  • Your data is handled in accordance with theTikTok Privacy Policy.
  • Reel10 is not responsible for any actions taken by TikTok on your account, including but not limited to content flags, account restrictions, or suspensions.
  • You are soleley responsible for the content uploaded to your TikTok profile.

Analytics and Monitoring

To improve our platform, we use Mixpanel and Google Analytics to monitor user behavior and system performance. By using Reel10, you consent to the collection and processing of usage data by these third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REEL10 AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
