Reel10 allows you to upload photos for modification using AI features within the Service. When you upload a photo for this purpose, it is temporarily stored on our servers for the duration necessary to complete the modification process.
This uploaded photo is then passed to a third-party AI image processing service, such as the OpenAI Image API, to perform the requested modifications and generate the end result.
Immediately after the processing is finished and the result is generated or returned to you, the uploaded image is permanently deleted from Reel10's servers. By uploading a photo to Reel10 for modification, you explicitly consent to this temporary storage, processing, and subsequent deletion of your uploaded image as described in this section.
We do not share users' personal data (such as names, email addresses, or other identifiers collected during sign-up or use) with third-party AI applications, *except* for the specific purpose and temporary handling of user-uploaded photos for modification as described in the "User Uploaded Photos and AI Processing" section above.
Google user data is securely stored on our servers using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We retain Google user data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
