It also details our practices concerning the access, use, storing, and sharing of Google user data.

Reel10 operates the Reel10 web application (the "Service"). This page is designed to inform users of our policies related to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and Google user data for those who opt to use our Service.

By choosing to utilize our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy, including any Google user data. The Personal Information and Google user data we collect are used to provide and enhance the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

To deliver a better user experience, we may request you to provide specific personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address. Additionally, as our Service integrates with Google services, we collect Google user data as authorized through Google’s consent process. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Reel10 utilizes Google APIs when you sign in with your Google account and when you opt to allow Reel10 to post to your YouTube channel. Reel10's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

Reel10 allows users to upload their generated videos to YouTube through our API integration. Our Service accesses, uses, and stores the following Google user data obtained via YouTube API Services:

  • YouTube Channel Information: We access and store your channel name, handle, and profile picture/logo to display them in your Reel10 dashboard.
  • Upload Permissions: We use your authorization to upload video content, set titles, descriptions, and privacy settings on your behalf.
  • Authentication Tokens: We securely store Google OAuth2 access and refresh tokens to maintain your connection without requiring frequent re-authentication.

By using these API features, users agree to be bound by theYouTube Terms of ServiceandGoogle Privacy Policy.

Revoking Access: You can revoke Reel10's access to your Google data at any time via theGoogle Security Settings page. Note that revoking access will disable automated uploading features.

TikTok API Services

Reel10 integrates with TikTok Developer Tools and APIs to facilitate video publishing. By connecting your TikTok account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Third-Party Disclosure: Reel10 uses TikTok Developer Tools to authenticate and publish content on your behalf. We share necessary user data, including video files and metadata (titles, captions, privacy settings), with TikTok to provide this service.
  • Data Types: TikTok may collect technical data, including but not limited to your IP address, device information, and identifiers, through this integration in accordance with their policies.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post via Reel10 and must ensure it complies withTikTok's Community Guidelines.
  • Authorization: By connecting your account, you explicitly grant Reel10 permission to access your profile info and publish videos to your TikTok profile as permitted by the authorized scopes (e.g., user.info.basic, video.publish).
  • No Affiliation: Reel10 is a third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

Data Retention & Revocation: We securely store your TikTok access tokens to maintain your session. You can revoke Reel10's access at any time via your TikTok app settings (under "Security and login" > "Manage app permissions"). Once revoked, tokens stored by Reel10 will be invalidated and deleted upon your next login attempt or when you remove the account from your dashboard.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

To ensure our website functions correctly and to improve your user experience, we store and access information on your device, including by placing, accessing, or recognizing  cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.

We use these technologies to:

  • Authenticate users: To keep you signed in and maintain your session securely.
  • Remember preferences: To store your settings and configuration choices.
  • Analyze performance: To understand how you interact with our Service (via third-party analytics).

We do not share, sell, or trade your Google user data with third-party AI models or any other third parties except where it is strictly necessary to provide the Service (e.g., transmitting video data to YouTube for upload), complying with legal obligations, or protecting our rights.

Data Deletion and Portability

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data, including cached Google user data, by contacting us or using the "Delete Account" feature in your dashboard. Once an account is deleted, all authentication tokens and channel metadata are purged from our active databases.
